Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Intellect app, the web version at this site, and the newsletter ("Intellect"), provided by [legal entity name to be added] ("we"). By using Intellect you agree to them.

Using Intellect

• You can use Intellect without an account. Optional accounts, when available, add member features such as keeping your hearts across devices. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
• Use Intellect for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape, copy or republish the catalogue, disrupt the service, or try to get around its security.
• You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required where you live, to create an account.

The content

• Cards are short, original summaries written from openly licensed and public sources. Each card names its source and links to it, and share-alike material keeps its licence, marked as adapted.
• Intellect is for curiosity and general knowledge, not professional advice. Health, money and other cards aren't medical, financial or legal advice. Check the original source before you rely on anything.
• We work hard to be accurate, but we can make mistakes. If you find one, tell us at [email protected] and we'll check it against the source and fix or remove the card.
• Images credited "Intellect (generated)" are ours. Other images belong to their credited owners under their licences.

Creators

Approved Intellect creators may publish content. Creators must have the rights to what they submit, cite their sources, and follow our editorial guidelines. We review creator content and may decline or remove it.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, and update these terms. For material changes we'll say so in the app or on this page. Intellect is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
