How a roadside cottage became a sprawling network of twenty garden rooms
In short: Discover how Ali Mentesh and Wayne Morrissey transformed a neglected property in the Southern Highlands into a vast, structured landscape inspired by European gardens.

The video explores the evolution of Red Cow Farm, a 6-acre (2.4ha) estate. Through planting trees and building infrastructure like walls and pergolas, they have created approximately 20 distinct garden rooms within the formal gardens and informal woodlands.
