The efficient art of harvesting through selective pulling
In short: Discover how Charles Dowding manages spring onions and radishes in his small garden. This video demonstrates a streamlined method of multisowing and harvesting using no-dig principles to minimize weeding.
The video showcases the April harvest of spring onions and radches at Homeacres. The spring onions were multisown in September and transplanted in October after a 3cm layer of homemade compost was applied. The radishes were multisown in February and transplanted in early March, approximately 44 days prior to the filming on 16th April 2020.
