A race against time to document Patagonia’s vanishing ice
In short: Explore a remote expedition into the southern tip of South America. This documentary captures the rapid retreat of Patagonia's glaciers, blending high-end cinematography with scientific research to witness one of Earth's most endangered frozen worlds.
The film follows a team consisting of glaciologists Lucas and Pierre, nature photographer Nicolas, and a local guide as they navigate some of the planet's most isolated landscapes. Their mission is to document glaciers that are disappearing faster than ever due to global warming.
By utilizing cutting-edge scientific techniques alongside breathtaking imagery, the expedition reveals how climate change is transforming this fragile environment. The journey serves as both a scientific study and a reflection on humanity's relationship with nature in a rapidly changing world.
