Can you maintain your balance while spinning on a knife-edge?
In short: Experience the challenge of spatial orientation using the Multi-Axes Rotation and Tilt Device (MART), a high-precision chair designed to test how the human body reacts to complex, motorized movement.
The video follows an attempt to remain upright while seated in the MART, a device capable of rapid, multi-axis rotation and tilting. Using precise motors, the chair simulates unstable environments to study how we perceive space and maintain equilibrium.
