Reflecting on the 2024 Black History Month theme, ‘Reclaiming Narratives’, this video examines the disparity between on-pitch representation and coaching opportunities. Using the Nottingham Forest v Fulham Premier League fixture as a lens, it highlights players such as Calvin Bassey, Taiwo Awoniyi, Alex Iwobi, and Ola Aina to prompt a deeper investigation into the systemic barriers facing Black coaches in world football.
