One divine story told through dozens of human hands
In short: The Bible is often mistaken for a single authored work, but it is actually a vast library of diverse voices. This video explores how God used ordinary, imperfect people to weave a unified message across centuries.
The video traces the lineage of biblical authorship from the Old Testament to the New Testament. It covers foundational figures like Moses, who wrote the Law, and kings like David and Solomon, who contributed wisdom literature and Psalms. It also examines the work of various prophets and the specific contributions of the four Gospel writers: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
The narrative continues into the New Testament by exploring the letters of Paul, the writings of Peter, James, and Jude, and the mystery of the authorship of Hebrews. It concludes with John’s visions in Revelation. The core purpose is to show how these distinct historical backgrounds and unique stories connect into one cohesive divine plan.
