Can you make complex science and math feel simple?
In short: Khan Academy India launched a talent search to find the next generation of educators. This video explains how creators can turn difficult academic concepts into joyful learning experiences for students.
The 2017 search targeted "brilliant explainers" capable of producing high-quality educational content for students in grades 6 through 12. The initiative specifically sought submissions in Math and Science across five languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Marathi.
Winners from each language category were eligible for video creation contracts with Khan Academy, alongside cash prizes and publication on the platform. The goal is to identify teachers who can simplify challenging concepts to help students succeed in school.
