The London institution that has been teaching the public for free since 1597
In short: Discover the unique mission of Gresham College, an institution that rejects exams and degrees in favour of universal access to knowledge through free public lectures.
Unlike traditional academic institutions, Gresham College awards no qualifications and has no students. Instead, it focuses on providing free lectures to anyone interested in learning. This tradition of public engagement has continued for over four centuries, with the college providing roughly five public lectures per week. Today, the institution's vast archive includes more than 1,900 lectures available for free download via its website.
