Nature persists in the shadows of our domestic lives
In short: Your home is more than a shelter; it is a fragile ecosystem where ancient instincts collide. This documentary explores the high-stakes survival game between mice and cats, revealing how nature thrives even behind closed doors.
The film examines the invisible wildlife that coexists with humans, highlighting how mice risk everything for food while cats reactivate primal hunting behaviors. It frames the domestic space as a complex environment where new generations of both species must learn to navigate traps and shadows to survive.
By documenting these interactions, the piece illustrates that human control over our living spaces is often an illusion. The house serves as a microcosm of the wild, proving that predatory-prey dynamics remain constant regardless of modern surroundings.
