In short: Explore how raptors have mastered three distinct survival strategies to dominate the skies. This documentary examines the high-stakes mechanics of bird predation, from high-speed dives to complex aerial maneuvers.

The film analyzes specific attack-escape scenarios that define the evolutionary arms race between predators and prey. These include climbing flight escapes, horizontal speeding, and tactical turning and diving to evade capture.

Viewers see a spectrum of raptor specializations: eagles utilize large open spaces for long-distance scouting; peregrine falcons leverage extreme speed across diverse climates from the Arctic to the tropics; and vultures survive by scavenging carcasses down to the skeleton.
