A cinematic fight against the extinction of Colombia's primates
In short: National Geographic Explorer Federico Pardo captures the urgent struggle of four critically endangered primate species. This immersive documentary highlights their survival challenges while funding reforestation efforts in their native habitats.
The project, titled 'Salvando Primates,' serves as both a documentary and an interactive experience designed to reach a global audience. It focuses on the specific conditions and threats facing four distinct primate species in Colombia.
Beyond raising awareness, the initiative has a tangible environmental impact: a portion of the proceeds from the exhibition is dedicated to planting trees in deforested regions where these monkeys reside.
