A hidden galaxy exists right beneath your feet
In short: With over one million different species, the insect world is a vast and largely unexplored frontier. This film uses specialized entomological technology to reveal these tiny creatures in unprecedented detail.
The video explores the diverse world of insects, framing their existence as an adventure into an unknown galaxy that occupies our own planet. By utilizing unique technologies developed by an Austrian entomologist, it provides a perspective on these organisms that was previously inaccessible to the human eye.
It matters because while we share the Earth with millions of insect species, they remain 'invisible' to most people. The film aims to bridge this gap, offering a high-tech look at the complex lives of the creatures living right under our feet.
