What happens to a farm when humans stop using chemicals?
In short: This documentary explores an invisible war in our fields, where wildlife acts as a natural defense system. It captures how ecosystems reorganize themselves when pesticides are removed, shifting the role of nature from an enemy to be managed into an ally.
The film contrasts two distinct farming philosophies to observe their impact on biodiversity, soil health, and animal behavior. By following creatures like ladybirds, butterflies, and falcons, it illustrates how predators naturally control pest and rodent populations without human intervention.
The core premise suggests that the most effective solution for crop protection may already exist within nature's own balance. It highlights a move toward ecological harmony where natural processes replace chemical reliance.
