Six Decades of Doubling

Six Decades of Doubling · 2:21 · Intellect Plus

In short: Moore's 1965 observation of yearly doubling became a two-year forecast in 1975, and this film follows the measured numbers from about 50 components to about 100 million transistors per square millimetre while explaining what the curve does and does not measure.

A 2:21 short film in the series “Moore's Law”, narrated by intellect_voice_01.
