The final homecoming for a legendary era of space exploration
In short: Watch the STS-134 crew transition from the vacuum of space to the warmth of an earthly welcome in Houston. This footage captures the emotional conclusion of their mission to the International Space Station.
Following the landing of the space shuttle Endeavour at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, the six-person crew arrived at Ellington Field for a formal welcoming ceremony. European Space Agency members Roberto Vittori, Greg Chamitoff, Drew Feustel, and Mike Fincke joined Pilot Greg Johnson and Commander Mark Kelly as part of the group.
The return marks the end of their specific mission to the International Space Station, bringing them back to a reception filled with family, friends, and colleagues.
