Survival hinges on leadership in the prehistoric forest
In short: This clip from the 1999 documentary Walking with Dinosaurs depicts a Leaellynasaura clan struggling to survive a harsh winter. It explores how the loss of a female leader forces the group to adapt to extreme environmental pressures.
The Leaellynasaura clan faces a dual crisis: a dwindling population due to predators and the absence of a female leader to guide the group. To survive the approaching winter, the remaining members must navigate deep into the forest to secure food while simultaneously evading threats.
