In short: Meet Son Le, the specialist tasked with verifying that critical pressure vessels and piping systems at Stennis Space Center function exactly as designed for mission success.
As the Pressure Systems Program Manager within the Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate, Son Le oversees the integrity of hardware at Stennis Space Center. Since 1994, he has worked in non-destructive testing and pressure vessel inspections to ensure components remain fit for service. Beyond hardware inspection, Le coordinates Process Safety Management as part of the center's Voluntary Protection Program. He holds a bachelor of science from the University of South Alabama and maintains certification from the American Petroleum Institute for inspecting piping and pressure vessels.
