What happens when you turn a tower defense game into a race?
In short: Space Run Galaxy flips the traditional tower defense formula on its head. Instead of standing still while enemies approach, you pilot a vessel through space, moving your defenses toward the targets to deliver cargo.
The sequel to the original Space Run expands on this unique mechanical twist by adding social and cooperative layers. Players can now engage with one another through an in-game market and participate in missions generated by the community.
By combining the strategic placement of 'towers of death' with the active movement of a delivery run, the game shifts the player's role from a static commander to an active pilot navigating hostile environments.
