Could an advanced extraterrestrial civilization have preceded humanity on Earth?
In short: While we often look toward the stars for life, some researchers suggest we should look backward at our own planet's history. This video explores the possibility that humans were not the first advanced species to inhabit Earth.
The premise rests on the observation that humanity has yet to find definitive evidence of extraterrestrial life in space. Instead, some theorists propose that an advanced alien civilization may have existed on Earth long before human history began.
This theory draws on the mysterious legacies and mythologies left behind by past civilizations, as well as instances where entire societies vanished without a trace. It explores whether these earlier entities could have influenced the development of early human cultures.
