How a single offering sparked a modern Norse Pagan movement
In short: Explore the personal journey of Jacob Toddson, who transitioned from a photography and restaurant background to organizing large-scale Heathen gatherings in Kentucky. This video tracks his transition from private devotion to building a community for the Old Gods.
The narrative follows Jacob's spiritual path beginning in 2016, culminating in a 2019 experience where he felt Odin's presence while making an offering outside his home. This moment prompted him to use his professional management skills to organize 'the folk.'
These efforts led to the Midsummer gathering in Kentucky, which hosted 27 people and sparked significant growth for his community platform, Wisdom of Odin. The ultimate goal is the construction of a dedicated Heathen hall in North America, a project requiring collective labor and resources from the growing community.
