A perilous journey through a dust-laden landscape to find thousands of kin
In short: Witness a mother and her calf navigate an apocalyptic moonscape to reach a massive gathering of elephant families. This video captures the immense struggle and hope inherent in an ancient migration across a desiccated world.
This BBC Earth documentary follows a mother and child as they traverse ancestral highways to join a meeting of five thousand elephants. The journey unfolds across a harsh, desiccated landscape marked by sand whirlwinds reaching a thousand feet in height.
