A daring rescue mission to save a stranded Kerbal in orbit
In short: When Sean runs out of fuel on the Munar surface, a high-stakes recovery mission begins. This video explores the complex maneuvering required to catch a sub-orbital capsule to ensure nothing vital is left behind.
The mission faces a critical obstacle: Sean lacks the fuel necessary to reach orbit or return to Kerbin. While the rocketry team possesses the technology to retrieve him directly from the Munar surface, the mission's stakes are raised by a specific requirement. Sean insists on preserving an important item located within his capsule, necessitating a much more dangerous recovery method.
To save both the Kerbal and his cargo, the team must execute a daring maneuver to intercept the capsule while it is on a sub-orbital trajectory back to Kerbin.
