Six mysterious new ships have appeared on the Eve Online test server
In short: Scott Manley examines six limited-edition ships recently added to the Eve Online test server. These pirate-themed rookie frigates, including the Gnosis, Hematos, Immolator, Violator, Echo, and Taipan, have sparked curiosity among players, though their official deployment details remain under wraps.
While these ships are classified as rookie frigates, their limited-edition status and pirate-themed design suggest they are special variants rather than standard starter craft.
At the time of the report, the specific methods for acquiring these ships in the live game were kept secret, though one known promotional path involved signing up for the Fanfest HD stream. These ships represent a rare addition to the game's roster, drawing attention for their unique aesthetic and restricted availability.
