In short: Watch how an unpiloted Russian cargo ship successfully navigated to the ISS to deliver essential supplies. This video captures the precise moment of docking and explains the logistics of maintaining life in orbit.

On September 12, the Progress 39 resupply vehicle completed an automated docking with the Zvezda Service Module. Launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan just two days prior, the craft carried 2 tons of critical cargo.

The shipment provides food, fuel, and other necessary supplies to support the six crew members currently stationed on the International Space Station. The docking occurred at 6:58 a.m. CDT at the aft port of the module.
