A new gateway to horticulture opens at the historic RHS Garden Wisley
In short: Explore the Royal Horticultural Society's latest addition to its Wisley garden. This new Welcome Building serves as a central hub for visitors, featuring extensive facilities designed to support the society's long-standing mission of promoting excellence in the art and science of gardening.
The Royal Horticultural Society, established in 1804, aims to lead the world in horticultural practice and inspiration. Its new Welcome Building at Wisley, opening June 10 with Ambassador Alan Titchmarsh, represents a significant expansion of the site's visitor infrastructure.
The facility houses a 5000sqm Plant Centre alongside a restaurant, cafe, and shop. These additions are intended to further the society's core principles of inspiring, involving, informing, and improving the gardening experience for all.
