Why is Mental Floss hosting a trivia game show inside a bathroom?
In short: Mental Floss has launched a new live quiz show called Tub Trivia. Hosted by Justin Dodd, the series brings the familiar format of pub trivia into a bathroom setting, inviting viewers to compete in real-time for the title of Champion of the Internet.
Tub Trivia is the latest addition to the Mental Floss content library, which focuses on providing trivia-based information across history, science, and culture. The show encourages audience participation through a live chat feature, where viewers submit answers to compete for the top spot.
This series complements the brand's existing educational programming, such as The List Show, which explores topics like historical occupations, and the Misconceptions series, which aims to correct common errors regarding subjects like neuroscience.
