In short: Today, the wild population of cheetahs totals under 10,000 individuals. This documentary follows conservationists on the front lines of a brutal battle to prevent these majestic predators from vanishing forever.

Once roaming across Africa and Asia, cheetah populations have dwindled significantly. Their largest remaining stronghold is currently located in Namibia, where they face intense pressure from rapid human expansion.

The documentary highlights the conflict between wildlife preservation and local farmers who perceive cheetahs as a direct threat to their livelihoods. It explores whether humanity can successfully share its planet with these endangered felines or if they are destined for extinction.
