Western Europe's old highland woodlands serve as enduring biological memorials
In short: Explore the unique ecosystem of the Les Vosges region, where life is dictated by the rhythm of the sun. This video highlights why these highland woods are essential pillars of European biodiversity.
Upland forests serve as distinctive natural ecosystems in Western Europe, hosting a diverse array of life ranging from large mammals to microscopic insects. These habitats function as living monuments to the region's natural history.
