Do bees experience jet lag when they travel between different time zones?
In short: Far from being random foragers, bees possess a sophisticated understanding of abstract concepts. This video explores how these insects use their grasp of time to navigate their environment effectively.
Research indicates that bees are far more complex than simple, random foragers. Beyond basic survival, they demonstrate an ability to grasp abstract concepts, most notably the concept of time. This temporal awareness allows them to move between flowers with precision rather than flitting aimlessly through their habitat.
