In short: Witness the arrival of Expedition 45 as the Soyuz TMA-18M spacecraft connects to the Poisk module, bringing new researchers to the orbital laboratory.
Following a September 2 launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, the Soyuz TMA-18M spacecraft successfully docked with the Russian segment's Poisk module on September 4. The crew included Commander Sergei Volkov of Roscosmos, alongside visiting crew members Andreas Mogensen of the ESA and Aidyn Aimbetov of Kazcosmos.
