SpaceX launches its 30th resupply mission to the International Space Station

SpaceX is launching an uncrewed Dragon spacecraft to the International Space Station. This mission delivers critical supplies for astronauts and experimental technology designed to advance research in space, including studies on solar energy and plant biology.

The 30th commercial resupply mission, departing from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, carries a diverse scientific payload. Among the experiments are tools to monitor sea ice and investigations into how photosynthesis functions in an off-planet environment.

Additionally, the mission transports research aimed at enhancing the efficiency of nanoparticle solar cells. These experiments, alongside essential provisions, support the ongoing work of the crew living aboard the orbiting laboratory.
