The Crew-10 mission features a diverse international team: NASA astronauts Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers, JAXA astronaut Takuya Onishi, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Kirill Peskov. Their departure follows a significant period of orbital activity, during which they participated in over 200 distinct scientific experiments and demonstrations.
The research conducted by the crew covered a broad spectrum of objectives, ranging from physiological and psychological health studies to practical engineering tests. Notably, the team performed material flammability assessments to inform future spacecraft designs and evaluated a backup navigation system intended for lunar missions.
