A record-breaking arrival at the International Space Station
In short: Watch the moment the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft achieved the fastest launch-to-docking in ISS history, delivering a new crew to the Harmony module.
The video captures the arrival of the Crew-13 mission, featuring NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, CSA's Joshua Kutryk, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov. Docking at the Harmony module’s forward port at 7:05 p.m. EDT, the mission set a new record: a launch-to-docking duration of just 7 hours and 55 minutes.
This arrival follows a previous docking on May 29 by the Soyuz TMA-13M crew, including Max Suraev, Reid Wiseman, and Alexander Gerst, who completed a six-hour rendezvous.
