A live connection between classrooms and the International Space Station
In short: This video captures a unique moment when astronaut Tim Peake connected directly from the International Space Station to schools in Norway, the UK, and Poland to discuss STEM careers and space exploration.
The session brought together students, teachers, and scientists across Europe to engage with life aboard the International Space Station. During the call, Peake answered questions about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and potential careers in space.
The event was coordinated by ESA's regional offices, including ESERO UK, ESERO Poland, and the Nordic ESERO offices. During a segment of the talk, NASA astronauts Jeff Williams and Tim Kopra joined Peake for an Associated Press interview.
