Echo 3 is an American action thriller series that premiered on Apple TV+ on November 23, 2022. The production was originally ordered as a ten-episode straight-to-series project by Apple. This project was a collaboration between Apple and Keshet Studios.
Production for the series was extensive, lasting over 200 days between June 9, 2021, and February 1, 2022. While much of the story is set in Colombia, filming took place in Atlanta, Georgia, and on location in Colombia, with specific sequences like the Afghanistan scenes shot on a mountaintop in Angel Fire, New Mexico. The filming process concluded in early February 2022. Various locations were used, including Atlanta, Georgia, to supplement the Colombian settings.
