The event welcomed over 8,500 visitors to the Noordwijk facility, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the technical laboratories and the teams powering Europe's space missions. Highlights included interactive experiences like an inflatable planetarium, remote-controlled drone flights, and a demonstration of the ESTEC fire engine.

Attendees met three famous astronauts: Ulf Merbold, who completed a Space Shuttle Spacelab journey 30 years before this date; Reinhold Ewald, who reached the Mir station during 1997; and André Kuipers, who visited the International Space Station in 2004 and 2011-2012. Attendees also viewed components of the BepiColombo mission to Mercury.
