In short: Watch the Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft transition to its final launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. This move marks the beginning of the final countdown for a three-person crew bound for the International Space Station.

On September 23, 2014, the Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft and its booster were transported via railcar to the launch pad in Kazakhstan. This logistical step was essential for the final preparations preceding the launch scheduled for September 26.

The mission, designated Expedition 41/42, was a collaborative effort between Roscosmos and NASA. The crew consisted of Commander Alexander Samokutyaev, NASA Flight Engineer Barry Wilmore, and Roscosmos Flight Engineer Elena Serova. They were set to spend approximately five and a half months aboard the International Space Station.
