The podcast Office Ladies debuted on October 16, 2019, via the Earwolf platform. Hosted by Fischer and Kinsey, who portrayed Pam Beesly and Angela Martin, the show provided a platform for the pair to share production insights and answer audience inquiries. Their production team included managing producer Codi Fischer, producer Cassi Jerkins, associate producer Aynsley Bubbico, and audio engineer Sam Kieffer. The project successfully navigated the entirety of the nine-season sitcom run.

The brand expanded significantly beyond audio. In May 2022, the hosts published a book detailing their personal experiences during the production of the series. By August 2021, they collaborated with the animation studio Cartuna to launch the Office Ladies Animated Series on the Comedy Central YouTube channel, which utilized podcast audio to create ten episodes of visual reenactments. These ventures solidified the podcast's role as a companion piece to the original television work.

As the podcast matured, its structure shifted. In August 2024, the show transitioned to the Audacy platform shortly before concluding its primary rewatch on October 30, 2024. Following this milestone, the program was rebranded as Office Ladies 6.0 to facilitate specialized character studies and interviews. Simultaneously, the hosts initiated a rerun series titled Second Drink, which began on November 5, 2024. By 2025, the scope widened further to include analyses and cast interviews regarding the spin-off series, The Paper, demonstrating the enduring interest in the franchise's legacy.
