A billion-dollar milestone for the first non-English speaking global superstar
In short: Bad Bunny didn't just break records; he redefined the economic ceiling for Latin music. By grossing over $1 billion in total tour revenues, he became the first artist who does not perform in English to reach this financial summit, shattering long-standing barriers in the global live music industry.
The Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour, launched in November 2025, serves as a landmark in music history. By earning US$467.5 million over 55 performances, the tour surpassed Luis Miguel's 2023–24 figure of US$424.3 million to become the top-grossing male Latin artist concert series. The tour also set a new record for attendance among male Latin artists, selling 3.08 million tickets.
The tour's scale was unprecedented, expanding from an initial 24 dates to 55 shows due to overwhelming demand. This growth was so significant that Live Nation compared Bad Bunny's ticket sales dominance to icons like Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and the Rolling Stones. Notably, the tour's first 12 shows alone grossed US$107 million, which exceeded the entire Latin American gross of his previous World's Hottest Tour.
Beyond the numbers, the tour was marked by unique logistical and cultural choices. Bad Bunny intentionally excluded US dates in September 2025 due to concerns over ICE anti-immigration raids. The production also integrated 'La Casita,' a B-stage modeled after a traditional rural Puerto Rican house, into shows in Mexico City. Each performance featured a unique 'exclusive' surprise song, ensuring that every show offered a distinct experience for the audience.
The tour's success solidified Bad Bunny's position as a global powerhouse. During December 2025, the Mexico City dates generated US$86.7 million, ranking as the second most lucrative single-venue concert series ever, behind only the 2025 Coldplay residency at Wembley Stadium.
