The project involves a complex coordination between the team, the Tampa Sports Authority, and Hillsborough College. While the college will relocate its facilities to a new footprint on the existing Dale Mabry campus, the surrounding 'Champions Corner' and 'The Canopy' sections are designed to ensure year-round utility.
